1) How do I apply for a rental listing?
You may apply by clicking the "apply" link next to the listing. You only need to apply one time.

2) What if I am interested in multiple units with Irish Jones?
You do not need to apply for each listing separately. Irish Jones will review your application, and if approved, you may move it to any of our available listings if you meet the income requirement.

3) Does Irish Jones accept Section 8?
Yes. We accept all forms of income.

4) What will I need for my rental application?
You will need to provide the following: - Photo ID. Proof of income: last 4 weeks of paystubs, award letters, section 8 voucher, etc. & Current landlord's name and contact phone number

5) Does Irish Jones charge an application fee?
No. Irish Jones does not charge for an application. We do however require a credit and background check to be run. There is a $20 fee for the credit and background check. The credit and background check is run by AmRent using TransUniion's Resident Credit Score model. If you have a credit and background check that has been run within the last 30 days, you may bring in a full copy or email the full PDF copy to us at info@irishjonesrealty.com. We cannot accept screenshots of the report, it must be the full report as one file.
