1) Do you take Section 8 / Housing Choice Vouchers?
We accept all who qualify.  However, since we are a 3rd party manager, some properties do not participate in the voucher programs.  Our Minneapolis homes do accept Section 8 and Housing Choice Vouchers. Contact Leasing at 612-268-5665 to inquire about your specific property.

2) How long are your typical leases?
Our typical lease is 12 months, however, we are very flexible and can accommodate many requests. 6 to 18 month leases are generally acceptable.

3) I can't find available show times that work for me. Can I schedule at another time?
Our showing times are linked directly to all of our showing agents calendars. The times seen on the listing are the times currently open for scheduling. Check back in a day or two as other showings can be cancelled and new times may pop up.
