1) What are your prohibited breeds?
Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid

2) What do I need to qualify if I apply?
Fair to good credit, a clean background with no evictions filed within the past 7 years and no felony arrests and a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the rent

3) What money is due before move in?
$85 application fee per adult, $100 admin fee and security deposit due upon approval,  first month's rent due at least 3 business days prior to move in.
