1) Application
Our application is found at https://newheightspm.com/rental-listing/ and select the rental that you wish to rent.
2) Income verification and Minimum Credit Score
Can include: 2 most recent paystubs, disability or social security income letters, W-2 for self-employed applicants, or a bank statement showing 3 times the rent available in the account. Unemployement cannot be used for current income. Minimum credit score is 580, but we might be able to work with lower scores.
3) Pets
Pets and service animals must be screened using the following site: https://purepmofsccha.petscreening.com
4) Reserving a home
Leases must begin with 10 days from the day the lease is drafted if the property is available or 10 days from the availability date if the property is not currently available.
5) Do you take Section 8, HUD or any vouchers?
If a property is listed for rent, it will indicate in the first 2-3 lines, that vouchers are accepted. If the listing does not state this, then the property has not been approved for any of these programs.
