Please keep in mind IF a property DOES accept pets, there is a 2 pet limit and we do NOT allow restrict dog breeds per homeowner's insurance policies.
3) Do you accept bad credit?

4) Do you rent to people with previous evictions?

No, you are required to view the house in person before you can pay a deposit.
6) Do I have to apply before I can see a property?Do I need to apply first?
Yes, our company requires you to complete an application before we will schedule a showing with a leasing agent. Once you have an approval on file it is good for any property within your approval conditions for up to 90 days.
7) I would like to schedule a showing.
If someone calls to schedule a showing and there are no show times on that listing, that is because self-guided showings is not active and our company requires an approved application on file before seeing a property.
