Frequently Asked Questions

1) What is the process after submitting my application?
-We will need to receive all applications for any occupants 18+ before we begin the application processing.  -You will be receiving a fee disclosure. Please review the details and respond that you approve to move forward. All occupants 18+ will need to respond and approve this email. -Once the fee disclosure has been approved, you will receive an email requesting authorization for North to begin the background and credit check. You will be asked to enter your social security number. -All applicants 18 and older will need to authorize this email as well. At this time the $40 application fee will be processed.  -We will contact your current employer to verify employment. This is a common sticking point. Please make sure to provide the easiest way for us to contact your employer.  -We will also contact your previous landlords (if applicable) to verify rental history. Once again, this is a common sticking point. Please make sure to provide the easiest way to contact them as well.  -Once all information has been verified, you will be emailed with either an approval or denial email.  -Assuming you are approved, a contract will be emailed out for signature.  -Once the contract is fully signed, it will be executed. At this point the charges will be posted to your account and you will be able to log in to pay. -You will be asked to provide proof of utilities and renters insurance. Screenshots of the confirmation emails and/or accounts are sufficient. -The day of move in, you will be texted the 4 digit code to the lockbox which has a key inside or an access code to the garage door/front door. Once you have accessed the unit, return the key to the lockbox. All keys, fobs and garage door openers will be inside of the home.  -Please complete the move in jot form that will be emailed to you within the first week of move in. This will be emailed to you after you move in.
