1) How much are applications?
Applications are $40 per adult planning to live in the home.

2) How long will a deposit hold a home?
A deposit will hold a home for 30 days from the day it is placed unless advertised as a pre-lease in which case it can hold a home for up to 10 months.

3) What are the requirements to get approved?
We require that your income be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, or that you have a guarantor. We also check applicant's credit, criminal and rental history.

4) What would deny my application from being approved?
We will automatically deny any applications that background checks come back with a sexual offense of any kind, Felony of less than 10 years, or Eviction that is less than 4 years old. If you owe a utility debt we will require a receipt of payment to proceed with your application.

5) Where do I find my mailbox and get a key?
Most homes receive mail at a mail box.  Where there are community mailboxes, you will bring a copy of your new lease to the post office and they will provide you with a key and the location of the mail box in your neighborhood.

6) Do you accept pets?
Yes, most of our properties will allow pets. Call our leasing agent to confirm the home you are interested in is pet friendly. We have a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $200 per pet and $10 monthly pet rent per pet. *Any Aggressive breeds need to be included in the renter insurance policy*
