1) What are your lease terms?
Our leases are 12-month terms.
2) What are your financial requirements?
We require a minumum credit score of 575, and at least two months of documentable net income from a current source of employment that is at least 2x the rent amount.
3) Are utilties included?
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, utilities are not included. In most units, tenants are required to have the electric and gas utility in their names. Internet service is tenant's choice in most locations.
4) Are pets allowed? What are your pet limits?
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, our properties are a max limit of two cats/dogs. Further discussion with the property manager is required should an applicant different pet types, i.e. tank/cage pets. ESA/Service Animals are exempt.
We require all approved applicants to complete a pet screening profile.
5) Are your units non-smoking?
All of our units are non-smoking. It is a $750.00 fine for smoking inside the unit. All smoking tabacco/marijuana/vape, etc, must be done outside of the unit.
