You must be 18 years of age to apply for and sign a lease on a property.  

If multiple people will be tenants in one unit, all applications must be submitted and completed before the screening process will begin.

All adult people that will be living at the property must complete an application.  

We will not process applications prior to potential tenants seeing the property either in person or virtually. 

Application criteria: 

All applicants must have a credit score of 650 or above to qualify. Applicants with credit score of 600 to 650 may qualify with additional deposit and property owner authorization. 

Applicant must hav 3 x monthly rent in verifiable income for the combined house hold
