3) What is your application fee?  Do I have to fill it out prior to seeing a home?
Everybody over the age of 18 must apply and it is $55/person.  No, you do not have to fill out an application before seeing a home.

4) What is the security deposit?
Its dependent upon the application results but the standard is one months rent.

5) Do you accept people with prior evictions?
No

6) Do you accept felons?
Some felonies we accept. We will need to put you in touch with the property manager to discuss your specific case.

7) How long can you hold a home for?
To hold a home you must have an approved application, signed lease, and payment of the security deposit. The longest you can postpone a move-in date is 14 days from the date your application is approved.

8) What's your pet policy?
Pet Policies vary per home. Please see the ad for the specific home you are interested in for details on pets and fees.

9) How to I review the application criteria

10) Where do I complete an application
Applications are completed online at astephome.com. The final step is to pay the application fee with a debit or credit card.

11) How long does it take to get approved
Once an application is submitted and paid for online, and all supporting documentation is provided (i.e. photo ID, 30 days of check stubs, rental history information) it typically takes one business day to get the results.
