2) Do you allow pets?
Yes we do allow pets at some properties. If a property allows pets it will be noted in the listing details. If we do allow, there is a 2 pet limit and a $25 per month non-refundable fee for each pet. Click here for a link to all available properties that accept pets. We are not able to accept pit bulls and similar breeds because of the restrictions on our property owners’ insurance policies.
3) Scam Alert
(SCAM ALERT: If you are contacted by an out of state number or someone claiming to be the property owner please contact our office right away and do not communicate with them further. If they reach out to you again please contact the authorities!)
4) When can I pay the deposit and rent?
We will never collect a deposit or rent from you until you apply and are approved for the property. If anyone asks you to pay a deposit before you apply for the house do not send them any funds.
5) How do I pay the deposit?
Once your application is approved you will be sent a link by one of our staff to set up your tenant portal and send in your payment unless you elect to pay by check/money order. We only use the Square app for our application fees of $20 per adult and we never use the cashapp, paypal or any other payment service other than our website for deposit and rent payments.
6) Someone texted me claiming to be the property owner
The property owner will not text you and does not post listings for the rental properties we manage. If anyone contacts you claiming to be the owner do not send them money and do not share any information with them it is a scam.
7) Can I do a lease for less than 1 year?
Our listings are all for 1 year or more. At times we do allow short term rentals due to insurance claims for a premium of $300 to $500 extra per month.
8) Do you accept section 8?
Yes we allow section 8 on some properties. Some property owners have elected to accept section 8 on their homes. If section 8 is allowed on a property it will be listed in the details of the home.

10) Can I go view a house today?
We currently require at least 24 hours notice before you can view a property.
11) When can I see the coming soon listings?
If you click on the showing link and fill out the info for the property you are interested in we will email you as soon as it is ready to show.
