1) Rent and credit requirment
Household income of about 3x the monthly rent (2.5x to 2.99x is reviewed case by case). Credit guideline depends on rent: 600 for rent under $1,200; 610 for $1,200 to $1,599; 630 for $1,600 to $2,499; 650 for $2,500 and above. These are guidelines, not automatic cutoffs.

2) Dog Policy
Yes anything under 50 pounds, tenants will pay a pet fee of 75 dollars a month

3) What is the security deposit
The security deposit is one month's rent (1.5 months' rent in New Jersey).

4) What is the application fee
There is no application fee. Each adult applicant pays a $22 screening fee for the credit and background check. (Syracuse, NY: the fee is shown on the application.)
