1) Do you allow pets?
Our properties are not pet friendly.

2) Do you offer short term or month to month leases?
Normally we do not. Occasionally, we will list a house that is a short term rental. It will be advertised that way.

3) Do you accept section 8?
We accept all qualified applicants.

4) Do you have move in flexibility?
Generally whenever we advertise a lease start date, there would be no flexibility in that date. Example: If we advertise a house for a June 1 move in, most likely we would not rent it to someone starting July 1.
