A valid government-issued photo ID is required for identity verification and security purposes. Examples include a driver’s license, state-issued ID, or passport. Your ID is used solely to confirm your identity and ensure the safety of everyone involved. Please make sure the name on your ID matches the name on your credit card.
3) I’m Having Trouble With the Scheduling System. What Should I Do?
If you experience any issues with the scheduling system, please contact our office directly at 850-806-2263 (Option 3). Our team will be happy to assist you with scheduling a showing or answering any questions you may have.
4) Do you charge a fee to schedule a showing?
No, we do not charge any fees to schedule a property showing. The identity verification process is solely for security purposes and does not incur any charges.
5) Can someone else schedule or attend the showing for me?
Only verified individuals may schedule and attend property tours. If someone else will be touring the property on your behalf, they will need to complete the same identity verification process.
