4) Why can't I schedule to view a property sooner?
If the property is still occupied by a tenant it may be that we must provide the tenant with 48 hrs notice, as required by the Landlord Tenant Act.Or it may be the showing agent for the property is only available on certain days and times.
5) How can I find out the average utility bills for a property?
The utility companies will typically provide the high/low/avg for the property you're interested in renting:Electric company, with some exceptions, TEP (Tucson Electric Power) 520-623-7711 and ask for the high/low/avgGas company, if gas is available at the property, Southwest Gas 877-860-6020Water company, within the City limits, tends to be Tucson Water 520-791-3242
6) How do I get an approval code?
Once your application has been processed and approved, the office will send you an email with an approval code. That code can be entered into the questionair which will then allow you to schedule a showing.
