1) How do I apply to a property?
All applications are submitted online through our website. Feel free to visit suncoastrentals.com.

2) What are the rental requirements?
All applicants must have a combined minimum average credit score of at least 550. The household must make at least 3x the monthly rental rate. If there is a guarantor, the guarantor should make at least 4x the rental rate. Applicants cannot have any evictions within the last 4 years, no landlord debt, and no record of felony in the past 7 years. In addition, a mandatory background check and rental history verification will be conducted.

3) How soon can I move in?
If the home is rent ready (not coming soon), you have up to 14 days from the date you placed the deposit to move into the property. Our property managers will need 4-5 business days from the date you place your deposit to ensure everything is ready for your move-in.

4) How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is based on a combination of credit score/history and rental history and can be the same as one month's rent or as high as 2x one month's rent.

5) What is Included in the Rent?
We have a Mandatory Resident Benefits Program where our residents are charged $75.00 a month and this fee includes Pest Control, HVAC Filter doorstep delivery, Renters Insurance, Credit Building, Concierge service to help set up Utilities and more.

6) Who needs to submit an application?
Anyone living in the home 18 years of age or older needs to submit an application.

7) When will I know if I'm approved or not?
This depends on how quickly you are able to provide all of the required documentation. When all documentation is provided, it can take 24-48 business hours to process the application. If you ever want an update on the status of your application, please call us at 904-517-5939, option 3.

8) Do you accept Section 8?
Currently we do not have any On Market homes that will Accept Section 8.
