1) What do we look for on an application?
We look for two main things on your application. We look for a 650 credit score and income of 3x the monthly rent. If you are a little below on either, we may have the option to raise the security deposit. We cannot say for certain until we have seen your application. 2) Are properties available before the listed available date?
No. The available date is the soonest we could put a tenant in the property.

3) Can I opt out of the Resident Benefits Package?
No. This is an amenity that is offered to all tenants of PMI. it offers great features such as quarterly HVAC filter shipments, credit reporting and more.
