1) What do we look for on an application?
We look for two main things on your application. We look for a 650 credit score and income of 3x the monthly rent.

2) Are properties available before the listed available date?
No. The available date is the soonest we could put a tenant in the property.

3) Can I opt out of the Resident Benefits Package?
No. This is an amenity that is offered to all tenants of PMI. it offers great features such as quarterly HVAC filter shipments, credit reporting and more.

4) Are utilities included?
In almost all cases, utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
