Applicants must have a minimum income of 2.5 to 3 times the rent amount. This income should be consistent, verifiable, and reflect gross monthly income.

Credit:
We require a minimum resident score of 580, with no judgments, bankruptcies, or foreclosures within the past five years. However, we understand that circumstances can vary, and exceptions may be considered with 24 months of continuous, verifiable rental history. We do not accept applicants with filed evictions or rules to vacate within the past five years.

Rental History:

Criminal History:
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our community is of utmost importance. As part of our screening process, we conduct a criminal background check.
