Each unit is thoughtfully designed to provide convenience and comfort. This apartment features a washer, dryer, dishwasher, private balcony or patio, wood-burning fireplace, and electric heating!

Permitted parking is available, limit one car per tenant. Parking is located in the parking lot on a first-serve basis, or non-permit parking on the street. Sorry, there is no guest or overflow parking available.

Landscaping is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants are responsible for setting up electric into their name.

One small pet under 25 pounds is allowed with prior approval and additional fees. Assistance and Support Animals welcome upon approval!

Landmark requires the first month’s Rent and Deposit, and a Single $200 Administrative Fee (excluded from properties within the City of Bellingham & Ferndale limits) prior to move-in.
