Many of our properties are pet friendly. Animal restrictions are specific to each property. All animals, including both Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals must be screened by Petscreening.com prior to an application being accepted. Do you understand? *

At all properties that have a forced air heating/cooling system(not all homes have a cooling system), we require tenants to change out filters regularly which are provided by Falcon. This helps prolong the lifespan of the HVAC and reduce utility bills. Do you agree to change out filters regularly if approved? *

A $195 lease admin fee will be charged after a lease has been fully executed, do you understand? *

All residents are required to be enrolled in our Resident Benefit Package which will include a charge of $35 per month, do you understand? *

If your showing is confirmed, you agree to properly secure the home once your tour is complete. This includes locking all entrances of the home as well as putting the key back in the lockbox. Do you understand? *
