Small pets allowed with weight & breed restrictions. 2 pet maximum. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a one time, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet.
