Application fee is $50 per person occupying the unit over the age of 18 or $75 if you're married.
Security Deposit & one-time Non-refundable Administrative Fee: Both are due once the application is approved, the Security Deposit (which is typically equal to one month's rent minus the one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee) and the $350.00 non-refundable Administrative Fee are due and must be received to take the property off the market.
Pets are allowed with some weight & breed restrictions. Pet rent is an additional $30.00 each month, per pet. There's also a one time, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet.

-Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
-Move-in date must be within one month of receiving rental application.
