>Rental history- 2 years verifiable positive rental history or ownership

>Credit History - Minimum one trade lines with at least 2 years positive payment history - credit score 600+

Once approved, you will be asked to place your security deposit within 48hrs to hold the property for move in within 7-14 days of the home being available for move in.
