Requirements Upon Approval:

Security deposit, $100.00 administration fee and first months rent are due within 24 hours from approval.

An additional 4.75% monthly administration fee is added to all rental payments. On-time rental payments are required to be made through on-line payment center to avoid payment processing fee of $25.
