Tenants are responsible for cooking gas and electricity, and any additional services they want to have (AC, Internet, cleaning, etc.). Well-behaved Pets are welcome. No move-in/out fees are charged by the building. No pet deposits. $25/applicant Application fee are non-refundable ($5 - administrative fee). Once approved one month rent, one month deposit are due at the lease signing. If needed, new tenants are welcome to purchase in-window AC unit or a portable AC. All fees are subject to change.
