Pet Policy

A maximum of 2 animals per apartment are permitted and 50lb weight limit, breed restrictions enforced. Please remember some breeds have nicknames and most have variations of their breed. A pet interview may be required. A per-pet deposit of $500 ($250 Refundable, $250 Non-Refundable) MUST be paid before your pet(s) may enter your new home, and $50 monthly fee per pet will be added to the monthly rent.

Renters Insurance

Unfortunately, renters are affected every day by fire, flood, theft, plumbing accidents and more. If an accident happens to you, even if you are not to blame, there is nothing protecting your belongings unless you have renter’s insurance. You are required to obtain renters insurance and maintain it through the term of your lease!
