• Complete a credit and background check, which incurs a $35.00 fee.

• Pay a $200 hold fee in the form of available funds to remove an apartment from the market once an application is approved. This fee will be credited toward the amount due for the deposit for the apartment.

• Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants.

• Submit all required documentation and pay the application fee to complete the application process.

Please note that applications are not considered complete until all required documentation and fees are submitted, and it will take at least 48-72 hours to process the application. Apartments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
