Bathroom has a walk in shower. Spiral staircase goes up to 2nd floor with loft style bedroom (bed and dressers are included). All utilities are paid by owner = tenant is responsible for their own internet and or tv cable services. Sit and Relax in the front courtyard. Enjoy the NON-Heated pool and spa in summer months. There is also a locked storage closet for your use. Covered parking is available.

Owner will give a rent credit of $100 per month for watering her plants on back patio and front yard area. And keeping pool water filled. Making monthly rent $1350 per month.

Tenant(s) are required to purchase renter's insurance with liability coverage of $100,000.00
