Our building was designed by the legendary Tucson architect Henry Jaastad, and was completely renovated and repurposed in 2018.

These spaces are work-only and not zoned for residential use.

Stop by anytime Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm to tour our available offices. Please wear a face mask and practice COVID safety precautions.

For your business we offer:

We do charge a $40 per person application fee, and all potential tenants must pass a credit, criminal, and prior eviction screening. There is a $200 refundable deposit and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
