Our spacious two bedroom, one bath apartment offers a convenient and comfortable living space for our residents. Enjoy the convenience of water, trash, and electric included in your rent, as well as a washer and dryer in your unit. Take advantage of our large common area for guests to enjoy, as well as the beautifully maintained outside grounds with gardens for relaxation. Residents can also look forward to plenty of parking space and the option to have a small dog or cat with a non-refundable deposit and extra fee per month. The Hilltop is for Active Adults 55+. No care or meal services provided

Pets: $150.00 Non-Refundable Pet Deposit and $25.00 monthly pet fee.

$75.00 monthly Cable TV, Internet, and Telephone (not optional) Community area maintenance fee $35.00 per month.

Every unit has a washer/dryer.
