Sol Studios has a walk score of 92 and is minutes from city parks, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and public transportation! 12 month lease term. Tenant pays their own electricity, cable, internet, & monthly $75 water/sewer/garbage fee (per occupant). Application fee: $55. Refundable Security Deposit is $500. Pet OK On CBC basis and $300 refundable pet deposit paid.

Renter's legal liability insurance is required and part of the Benefits Package ($30 monthly). If qualifying legal liability insurance is purchased and provided by tenant to RPA, the benefit package can be reduced to $15 monthly for reduced benefits or waived upon request.
