Move-in funds include a one time admin fee of $100 and a $150 HOA fee due at move-in. Water, Sewer & Garbage are included in the rent. Both electric and gas utilities are metered and billed separately to the resident.

This is a No Smoking building. Renters insurance is required (minimum liability coverage of $500,000). Minimum 12 month lease to start. Move-in funds required for qualified applicants are the first month's rent (pro-rated if lease begins after the first day of the month), security deposit, and any additional deposits for pets. We do not accept "portable screening reports".

Two small pets limit- no exotic animals -- must be at least one years old, house broken/litter box trained, spayed & neutered, have all required vaccinations, and with positive landlord references -- additional deposit would be required. (Deposit $400 for one pet, $500 for two pets) -- pet rent is $35 per month for one pet, $50 per month for two pets. Pets must be screened by going to umanopm.petscreening.com. There is a small fee for pet screening.
