Rent is $686 a month and the tenant would pay the gas and the electric.Pets on a case-by-case basis depending on size and breed for an additional cost. Tenant responsible for lawn care and snow/ice removal as needed.

We require all of our residents to have a good previous landlord reference, no recent evictions, nor can you currently owe previous landlord money. The rent must be at least a third of your total household income (Rent x's 3 = your monthly income). We do run a credit check and background check. The minimum credit score requirement is 600. If you do not meet this requirement you may be asked to pay a first months rent, last months rent, and security deposit in order to move in.
