The living room has direct access to an outside balcony in the upper units, and to a patio in the lower units that is great for relaxing during those nice summer evenings. The numerous windows allow a lot of sun to flow through the apartment. Each apartment comes with air conditioning. On-site there are washers and dryers to make doing laundry more convenient.
