Chosen applicant(s) 18 and older will need to complete a background/credit check ($32 fee of each adult) and are also considered if gross MONTHLY household income equals at least two and a half times the monthly rent.

Hammond is a quiet small village in Wabasha County. Close to the Zumbro river, ATV/UTV trails and other outdoor activities. Close to Rochester (20 min) and Lake City (25 min).
