This home is a mobile home, and resides in a mobile home park. All mobile homes in the park are required to lease the land within which they reside. This home is considered to be a handyman special and comes as it appears. In order to attain the home it must first be purchased outright. Each home has a sale price associated.

Every home purchase and space lease requires an application to check for our resident qualifications. All prospective residents age 18 or older must submit their own application.
