All units are fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage, which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants are also responsible for setting up electric into their name.
Each home comes with one assigned parking space, and paid garage spaces are available if there is availability. Please note that there is no visitor parking. Small pets are allowed with prior approval and additional fees. Assistance and support animals are welcome upon approval.
