Lease Terms:
1 month free on an 18th month lease: Gross rent is $2,300 per month, with a net effective rent of $2,172 per month. Tenant will receive a one-month rent credit applied to their account at move in, which may be used as the tenant chooses over the lease term. Generally, 1st month, 12th month, and 1 month security deposit are due. Other terms may be required by Landlord. $50 application fee per applicant.
