Windsor Apartments features nine apartments with unique floor plans and modern updates. Located on the corner of 16th Avenue East and 3rd Street, Windsor Apartments provides easy access to UMD, St. Scholastica, downtown, and I-35, not to mention being blocks from Chester Park and the Superior Hiking Trail. Each apartment has one reserved parking space, and coin-operated laundry is located in the basement.

Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $840 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
