Classic Little Rock charm at 5617 Lee St. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick cottage sits under mature shade trees in the heart of 72207, offering roughly 900 square feet of real character — original hardwood floors flow through every room, the kind of craftsmanship you won't find in new construction.

Fresh neutral paint keeps things bright and move-in ready. Windows on multiple walls in every room mean natural light all day, with treetop and green views from nearly every one.

The kitchen comes with new appliances plus generous cabinet and open-shelf storage, and the dining area has room for a full table. Washer and dryer are included — no laundromat trips, no coin machines, no hauling your own set.

Out back, the fully fenced yard is big, level, and shaded — room to garden, room for the dog, room to grill without an audience. A detached outbuilding adds extra storage.

Pets welcome with a $300 pet fee per pet — that fenced yard is ready for them.
