The Lofts at Savoy is a hidden community of modern loft style apartments in Elizabethtown, PA. This is a pet friendly community with pets allowed on a case by case basis. One, two and three bedroom loft style apartments. Apartments feature unique history and character of exposed brick walls, spiral staircases, original factory windows and high ceilings. Amenities include in most apartments stainless steel appliances, community courtyard and off street parking. Parking lot is for tenants only with parking passes. Some apartments offer private decks and entrances.

Water, sewer, and Trash included with all apartments. Tenants are responsible for gas (gas heat and hot water) and electric. The apartments also offer central A/C.
