Recent updates include granite counters, newer cabinets, electric stove/oven and fridge, and laminate flooring. The Owners live in the front house w/two small dogs. They love to garden and enjoy the peaceful, private, space they have created.

$45 per adult applicant/occupant

$1925 per month rent includes all utilities except internet/cable.

$1850 deposit

1 year initial lease term then month-to-month

Occupancy limited to 3.

Overnight Guest policy is strictly enforced.

Pets are considered on case by case basis.

Pet Screening is required before applications can be fully approved and/or signing a lease.

Additional deposit required for pet based on screening results.

Renter's Insurance is required.
