We accept subsidized housing vouchers (Section 8), however, except for income, applicants must meet all other rental criteria.

Pet policy. Two pet limit- (cats only)-- must be at least one years old, house broken/litter box trained, spayed & neutered, have all required vaccinations, and with positive landlord references -- additional deposit of $400 for one pet ($500 for two) would be required. Monthly pet fee would be $35 for one pet ($50 for two). "Third- Party" verified service animals do not require additional deposit. Pets must be screened and "service animals" verified by application through www.umanopm.petscreening.com. No exotic, uncaged animals permitted (ferrets, rabbits, birds, etc.)

This is a controlled access, no smoking building. Renters insurance is required. Minimum 10-12 month lease to start. Move-in funds required are the first month's rent, security deposit, and any additional deposits for pets. Tenant pays all utilities -- electricity is metered and paid directly to Seattle City Light. Water is sub-metered and billed back to the tenants along with garbage and recycling.
