Coast is a 46-story tower right on the river in Lakeshore East, and the amenity deck is the real draw: an outdoor heated lap pool with a landscaped sundeck plus an indoor spa with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room, on top of a Cybex-stocked fitness center and a rooftop with a fire pit and grills. Units come with private balconies, in-unit washer/dryer, and quartz kitchens, and the lake and river views are hard to beat. You are about a five-minute walk from Lakeshore East Park, can grab coffee at Drunken Bean in five minutes, and have Lucky Strike and bars like Amuse close by. Mariano's is a five-minute walk for groceries, and the State/Lake CTA stop is about fifteen minutes on foot.
