The Glenside Townhomes community was built in 2004, and is nestled off the hustle and bustle of Devon Lane – less than 1 block from JMU’s campus! Godwin and Showker Halls are within walking distance, which makes Glenside the ideal location for students studying under the College of Business. These three-story townhomes include fully-furnished bedrooms (full-size bed, dresser, and desk), spacious common areas and a walk-in laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The first level includes an open kitchen with a full appliance line-up (oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher) and dining space. Double windows on each level allow for an abundance of bright, natural light throughout.
