Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom units feature a full range of kitchen appliances (glass top electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) along with other amenities such as a washer and dryer in-unit, an in-wall air conditioning unit, and excellent sized walk-in closets, and a deck. This apartment has an extra area that would work as an office area.
Heat, water, hot water, sewer, and garbage are INCLUDED in the rent. Tenant will pay electric.
TDS is the provider for internet/cable at this property.
Tenants are responsible for snow clearing/ice treatment of the sidewalks/walkways. Snow clearing/ice treatment of the driveway and lawn care are included.
Pets: Up to 2 allowed. $40/per month for 1 and $80/per month for 2. Plus, a one-time $250 animal fee (non-refundable) per unit due upfront.
