Then, open your front door to beaming natural wood floors and a wall of french windows bursting with sunshine! The living space is quite honestly our favorite room thanks to the windows alone but we finish it off with a coat closet, ceiling light, AC unit, and easy access to your kitchen. Looking onto the living space from the kitchen is a lovely bar-height counter seating — a perfect place to get some work done or chow down on local takeout faves!

Speaking of the kitchen, it is decked out with updated flooring, marble detailed countertops, subway-tile backsplash, and recessed lighting — need we say more? Okay, fine: All-white cabinets (lots of them!), spacious refrigerator, gas range stove, and a sink that will get your dishes lost in the suds. There's a lot of cooking to be done in a kitchen like this! Just beyond, you'll see some wonderful built-in shelving to your right where your future books and board games beckon!
