20mish was founded in 2012 as the first crypto hacker house (fka 20mission), but our community has since broadened to all sorts of co-living seekers -- AI entrepreneurs, traveling interns, Burning Man artists, chefs, engineers, musicians, and passionate future-thinkers who are excited about connecting with others in this city!

We are slowly rising from the ashes of the pandemic and a year of major renovations, and have several bedrooms of different sizes available in our 40 unit building in the heart of the Mission. We're all on one floor with a brand new shared stainless steel kitchen, co-working office, media room, and outdoor courtyard. Furnished/unfurnished or single/double occupancy is the same rate. Current rates are $1595/mo for a 12 month lease (and we are currently offering a bonus free 13th month for any 12 mo leases) plus a maximum cap of $75/mo for utilities, or $1650/mo for 3-6 month short term lease plus max $75/mo utilities. This includes common area cleaning 5x/week, fiber internet, linens, etc.

2025 is a big year of growth for us.
