The wall mounted heating and cooling system is electric and allows you to control the climate to your liking. Tenants are responsible for the electricity and heat, but all other utilities are included. Lawncare and snow removal are included as well! The property has off-street parking and we allow one vehicle per apartment. Topping it all off is on-site, card-operated laundry, as well as an included additional storage locker.
