The en-suite bathroom features an extended countertop with space for a stool to sit on while getting ready in the morning. It also features a door that separates the toilet and shower from the rest of the bathroom for added privacy for couples sharing the space.

This apartment includes a wall heater and one air conditioning unit. Shared coin-operated laundry is available on-site! One parking space is INCLUDED. Minimum one year lease preferred. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash AND gas! Tenant only pays for electric and optional services such as cable and internet. Pets will be considered with an additional deposit, however, no aggressive breed dogs will be accepted. First months rent plus one month security deposit and any applicable pet deposits will be due at lease signing within 48 hours of an approval. There is no risk to apply and the $30 application and credit check fee is not due until the owner has confirmed your basic qualifications and has chosen your application to proceed with. Application processing can take 1-2 days depending on how quickly your references get back to us.
