The application fee is $60 per adult 18 and over. Renters Insurance is required to move in. Association charges to move in are $200.00 non-refundable fee(owner will cover this charge) and $300.00 refundable deposit (tenant responsible). Qualified tenants will pay first months rent & $0.00 non refundable move in fee in lieu of security deposit. Less then qualified may be approved but with extra requirements.
